Help is greatly needed at perhaps the most inopportune times, still help can make the difference in big and small ways. I deal with Bi-Polar, PTSD, and Depression. I have found that triggers can make things turn real quickly,in the wrong direction, also that Medications come on a hit and miss basis, however sites like this one can offer opportunities for information and relief.. Hi, as all ways you rock, as they say "big things come in little packages". Hey Ash I met a women today who has schizophrenia and won't admit it. I told her all about our story (your story but I feel it's ours) and told her about your site hopefully she will come and get some knowledge, she is an older women and was diagnosed almost 12 years ago and is still in denial, she takes her med's but thinks her family is tripping about her condition. I befriended her and told her to find a network of support, I hope she will, and I hope she starts with this site. Luv ya.
